Walking Exercise: 550 Calories Burned

Yesterday, I made 9,748 steps which are equivalent to 6.97 kilometers. And 284 calories burned. These are what I got in my daily walking routine. Today I burned 550 calories for 10,374 steps made and it's around 6.52 kilometers. My walking routine includes my one-hour brisk walking around the public plaza in the morning and late in the afternoon, fetching our 6-year old grade one granddaughter in their school in the morning and in afternoon. Do you do some exercises everyday? What is it?

I walk regularly and 10000 steps is what we should have for an active life. I am doing that everyday. I have fixed hour in the morning from 7_8 to do some or other form of physical exercise. You are doing good. Keep it up.
