Another Rainy Day

Happy Tuesday Everyone! it's a dark and dismal morning here. The sky is almost black and it feels like it's going to pour any minute. Hopefully this is the last day of rainy weather and we'll get to see the sun soon.
My daughter is working again today and she had a miserable trip to work. She was stuck in traffic and got to work late. I really wish she'd find a job closer to home. But, it's her decision and I've given up meddling.
I have so much I want to do today but don't know where to start. I have a crocheting project I"m working on, I am in the middle of a good book, caught up in a binge worthy tv show, and of course myLotting.
First things first, myLotting and coffee!
Well the rains arrived and it's pouring so it looks like the pups will have to wait a bit before they can go out.

It’s gray here today. It’s warm and humid outsides which means the hot temps are lower but the sticky wet humid air ugh it’s going to be gross by late afternoon. The kids went outside and you can feel itZ we had a decent rain storm last night. The gray clouds are welcome no hot hot sun to burn you.

@Marilynda1225 yep! That’s why I’m inside hiding from the bugs. I have a mint plant that helps with it but they still come for you.

Its actually quite a warm, almost hot, day here today, and its humid as well.
The sun is out right now.
What are you crocheting?
I had a hair appointment this morning, I got my curly perm so that my hair doesn't fly into my face when I'm outside on the nice days. Next week I see her to get my colours done again--the perm solution stripped some of my colour out today so next week's appointment cannot come soon enough.

My daughter just got a perm too and it looks so pretty.
Actually I'm making a baby blanket for my friends new granddaughter. I love baby things but all my grandkids are older now so this is a nice opportunity

Again after yesterday's rain, today is too hot. We want rain for 4 to 5 hours continuously.
