Back from the gym

This evening was another day to go to the gym before tomorrow's all-day downpour of rain. Two thumbs down for the rain! The temps did go up to 81 degrees before class started, so it was perfect walking weather all around. We had a real small class today when my yoga instructor returned from her 2-week vacation in Florida--her new shirt was a dead giveaway.
Here's what new poses we did in class tonight besides the regular warrior one/two poses sequences in no order:
6 Tilting Cows (3x/side)
2 Kneeling Dancer Poses (1x/side)
2 Lunge Poses (1x/side)
2 Wrist Stretches and 4 Hip Stretches (2x/side)
2 Mini Sun Salutations (1x/side) and 2 Mini Moon Salutations (1x/side)
3 Wall Balls and 2 Side Angle Poses (1x/side)
1 Child's Pose and 4 Windshield Wiper Poses (2x/side)
That's about it for tonight and perhaps for the week!
