DeKalb County firefighter saves a child from choking

Jeff Bramlett who is a firefighter in DeKalb County Georgia is being called a hero after he saved the save of 3 year old Braden Rich who passed out after he had choked on a gummy fruit snack while he was a passenger with his mother Eva Rich last Friday. Eva used her wits to enter the fire station in Brookhaven Georgia when her son stopped breathing after he choked on his food particle. Firefighter Jeff Bramlett answered the pleas for help by Eva by executing stomach compressions and patting Braeden on his back so the food particle could be released from his body. Thanks to the actions of Bramlett, Braeden recovered from his ordeal and is safe and sound with his mother once again. It is nice to see firefighters saving lives of choking persons as well as putting out fires.
