Hey all- how’s it going today? Right now in Minnesota, US it is 0824 am and I am just waiting for the doors to open at my class so I can get settled and do some studying before class begins at 9am. I am on day 5 of 7. I haven’t reached the burn out point yet, although i AM burnt out from traffic. Traveling 8.1 miles to St Paul, a sister city to Minneapolis where I live, has consistently taken 40-45 minutes with traffic and construction. Since I normally work weirder hours, I NEVER encounter traffic like this. And I am just not patient and not used to it. Do you experience Traffic? Probably much worse than mine. How do you deal with this? Maybe making a good playlist or practicing calmness? Other than my traffic woes and my upcoming test on Sunday, I have no plans for the weekend weekend. I will be attempting to catch up with life on my days off on Monday and Tuesday. A friend from out of state is in town and I hope to squeeze in time to see him. Any big plans in your world?

Good you continue with your schooling. Education is always best,. Patience is a virtue tried and tested in traffic, Yes, traffic is part and parcel of Philippine life. I pray the mysteries of the Rosary when the bumper to bumper builds up. The Life of our Lord Jesus is a daily help.

Interesting, I haven't heard anyone say they pray to help traffic. Do you think it works?

@maezee Yup. Everything works with prayer. When I need a slot, I go "Hail Marym full of grace, please give me a parking space." Sounds funny but always works.

@maezee Yes, and I do believe that every sickness has cure. The one making cure is making money out of it.

Traffic is never fun. There is not much you can do but grin and bear it.

True............or take public transportation if it's available, but it is pretty inconvenient for where I travel to, although I live inside the city.

We do have some traffic here, not major city traffic however, but we have a one-mile-long bridge that connects two cities and it gets backed up.

Traffic is something I deal with daily, I reckon I am used to it and road construction. Have a wonderful day, regardless.

Yuck! That is one of the things that keeps me in a job that is both close to home and "odd" hours. it never ever takes me 45-50 minutes to travel 8 miles when I get out of work at 2 am! Lol. I guess you build a tolerance for dealing with this?

What plans I had are skewered by rain.
