Bored so I am making bread

I don't buy bread and rarely eat it. I used to love baking it each weekend but I gave that up when I dramatically altered my diet a few years ago.
Anyway, I'm watching Salt Fat Acid Heat and I saw them baking foccacia which is a crisp Italian type of bread. I decided to make some for myself since I have nothing else to do this afternoon. I only had half a package of yeast so I'm making a half-batch of the recipe. I messed up and used the full amount of olive oil in the dough so I had to add more flour to make up for it. I also added some dried rosemary to the mixture for extra flavor.
Right now the dough is rising. Then I have to form it on the baking sheet and let it rise again. I've made this a couple of times and it has always been delicious.
Have you ever had focaccia?

I don't think I have ever tried that kind of bread. Sounds like fun to make some though!
