The Greatest Artist

I love art, however, I am no artist. I do love to decorate, though. I love to do event planning. I would love a career in either, but it takes a good bit of money to start up a business like that. We are in the process of trying to redesign and redecorate our home. It has been an extremely slow process, simply because of how expensive the project is. I do love beautiful things, and want my home to be beautiful and restful. It is easy to get discouraged when things are in disarray or because you can't afford pretty pieces. However, there is always a place we can go and soak in the beauty. We can be engulfed in vibrant yet restful visuals. We can embrace the excitement while also experiencing the peaceful. That place is creation. The greatest artist, God, has given us an art gallery, a restorative environment, and a place of variety that appeals to all. The best thing, is it is free to enjoy. God's creation is wonderful beyond words. My favorite place is the beach, but my own yard is a thing of wonder and beauty. I love sitting on the porch and watching the hummingbirds. I love watching the lizards scurry around the porch. Nothing is more relaxing that a cool breeze as I admire the beautiful trees and flowers. What part of creation most speaks to you?
