I have to sleep early because I have to jog tomorrow. I gained weight. my weight before is 44kg but now it's 50kg and I look so chubby right now and I really feel that my body is so heavy, I can't even dance properly because there are steps that I feel my body is heavy. I think I also have to lessen drinking beer haha. I also want to wake up early because I want to smell the fresh air every morning like 4:30-5:30 am Any tips for workouts or diet plan?

@Nakitakona because right now it's a little hard for me to discipline my self when it comes to food because when my Mom knew that I'm on diet she will cook all my favorite dish and it's really hard because of temptation in that food hahaha

Good for you, you can wake up that early. If it were me, I’d be too sleepy and will not get to do anything. I don’t workout but maybe you can use workout apps or follow youtube workout videos.
