Three more years. Those hours will fly by. Have to keep the energy going. Friend came over yesterday. She has a free spirit. And, I admit it, is physically about 20 years younger than me and mine. She agreed to trade a Walmart cabinet for mowing work. Gads the weeds have grown sky high in just a couple of weeks! So....yesterday was move furniture day. I decided to place an antique china cabinet into the bedroom- thanks for the huge help, hubby! and then hey, let's get the tall radio cabinet into the living room by the front door. Thanks, hubby! And of course the got rid of it cabinet needed to go out the door and down the deck steps..... Hubby pitted Bing cherries and I boiled them up with corn starch and made pie pastry. Friend mowed weeds while I picked raspberries. We ended the day with simple spaghetti and yup, cherry pie. I will bring this afternoon and evening with me when I move. I won't bring that little glass and crystal candle holder cause I gave it to friend but this afternoon and evening, this camaraderie, that's all mine! The photo is mine. Guess I am greedy for sure.
