For the past 4 night it has been bad my legs have been restless. It’s either one of them or both of them. I’m jsur os tired of not being able to sleep at all and then I force myself to stay away in the day time. I’ve only slept 8 hours in 4 nights and that’s 2 hours a night well I think last 1 hour. I’m exhausted, tired, cranky!
Here I and drinking coffee because I need to let my nephew into my house in a few minute. Still waiting for this feeling to jump up and move legs or what kind of feels like a cramp put not to go away. I’ve read more water helps, rubbing legs, hot baths, taking iron supply can help with this.
So I’m going to drink my coffee and then drink some water &; that makes my legs feel better in waking my husband and going to bed. He can deal with children for me.

Every now and then I'll get restless legs. Unfortunately, I can't offer any suggestions on the best remedies for the situation. But regardless, I hope you find a way to get more sleep!

It sucks. I slept this morning and again this afternoon just to give my body what it needs. Tonight I’m taking a flexro which is a muscle relaxer and it makes you very sleepy.

@ShyBear88 I usually have no trouble at all falling asleep when its bedtime. For me the issue is that if I wake up at any point in the night I have a really tough time falling back asleep. I'm one of those people that when I'm up, I'm up.

There is no triggers for restless legs. It’s a sleep disorder there is no known reason for why people suffer from it and why it happens. I haven’t always but some things do play in age and genetics.

It’s suppose to happen at night. That’s why it’s cslled restless leg syndrome it happens st night time when you want to rest and sleep but can happen when you are just sitting doing work.

@ShyBear88 that's why I prefer my bed to be spacious. And I never shared a bed for that particular reason.
