Do You Interact with Featured Post?

I try to resort to some featured posts here when I am done commenting to my followed myLot users.
They are in the right side column or bar if you're using desktop or laptop, or in between of the title of your post and its body if you're using a cellphone.
Some of them are worth commenting. Some are just fillers.
What do you think with the featured posts? How are they chosen or classified as featured articles?

@Nakitakona Very true. But now I stay more often on the discussions with no responses, I try to clean that area, except or those posts that I really cant relate to.

By 'Featured Posts' I think you may mean the ones under 'You May Also Like'. They aren't 'featured' by being selected by Admin (as was supposedly the case with 'Featured Posts' in Bubblews). They are selected at random from those which use the same tags as those used in the main post. If the main post hasn't used any tags, then the 'You May Also Like' list doesn't appear.
I sometimes open one of those discussions, if the subject interests me, but the system has some bugs in it and quite often the post listed appears to no longer exist.

I've seen them too but I had the same question. On what basis, they are picked up and suggested? Will my discussion pop-up to other users? Not sure of the answers though.. =)

I think it's their program or application. I have installed it in my website before. It picks up randomly the posts or articles I have in group depending how many post I have set, 4 0r 5.

@Bensen32 Another thing which I have noted is a lengthy post, a litany of things they did for the day, and ended up with a question - what's your plan for the day? What do you think of that kind of post?

Yes, I do pay attention to the 'You May Also Like' posts. At times I have interacted with them as well. In fact, there was one recently that I replied to.

I don't know how they've chosen, my friend. For me, my priority is to connect with people who are active and of course for those who always give me some notification and becomes or I've considered a friend along the way...
