Four o clock...

I called the Health Center to see if I could get an appointment with my provider (doctor) but she is in Rohnert Park (a town away from me--I have no idea where the Health Center is there, not to mention the challenge getting there), and she's here on Friday, but that's the one other day I'm supposed to work this week. So, I'm seeing someone else at the Health Center at four p.m. today. I don't care for an appointment so late, but at least it's today and I'll have time to walk to the bus stop by the shopping center to catch it. They'll probably just tell me that I have carpal tunnel or whatever, so I'll wind up getting a brace or some such. I still find it weird that it's my left hand/arm, but...?
