Hello ! Well, I went to the doctor, who wasn't the normal doctor I see, but she was nice enough. I explained to her what was going on, and she had me do those things where I try to push-pull her hand away/toward me and squeezed my arm in different places and asked "Does this hurt?" "Does that hurt?" The only time I actually said "Ow!" Was when she squeezed in the area of my elbow joint. She said it seemed odd that the pain traveled up my arm (from my hand to my shoulder), and said that I probably strained it somehow (though of course I could not remember doing anything in particular that could have caused it. She told me to take 800mg of ibuprofen (she named a couple of different pain relievers, but we settled on that 'cause it was the only on I have in the house) a day for five days, and if the pain got worse that I should come back. Glad to know that she didn't think that it was something more serious. I think that my arm even feels a little better knowing that. I took the bus back to the shopping center bus stop, then since the bus wouldn't be there for half an hour I went into the grocery store and picked up a couple more ingredients for the carrot soup I want to try to make. On my way out, I ran into my next door neighbor, who offered me a ride home if I didn't mind waiting until she was done shopping. Instead of going to wait in her car, I went back in with her, and her shopping didn't take too long, so now I'm home. In a while I need to go and figure out something for dinner.

Ouch! I'm glad she told you what you could do for it though, and that you can come back if need be. That was really nice of your neighbor to give you a ride home.

Good thing it was nothing, but nevertheless, we should not look for the answers we want to know, but the answers of the reality we live, even when a doctor gives you a bad answer about your health is a good sign, yes! It indicates that you have been diagnosed and that you have enough time to repair and heal. I am happy for you and your health!
