Admit it, you sang it.
sounds of my youth.
I am not leaving on a jet plane, but on a car trip. First leg of it is around six hundred miles, stay a few days, then trek on north east another three hundred. Back again through Minnesota, another three hundred, and then back to Kansas. Home part of a week and then off to Oklahoma to stay with dad.
MOST of our bags are packed. I will try to put some of them in the car tomorrow morning because they will be alright with Bob at work. Get them out of my way. I need to get another beach towel and put the swim stuff in a bag. Oh and our toiletries should go plus food for the road.
Most of the mowing is done.
I will go to community coffee tomorrow for a break.
Did I mention I am looking forward to this?
I have met payout here, so no stress. Made some other payouts, so that is good. I will not be as heavily online.

Yes, to my daughter, in Minnesota. Also to Michigan to see friends of hubby. To Minnesota is about six hundred miles, then another three hundred to Michigan.

We had to have Princess put to sleep quite some time ago. She had a tumor in her ear canal and could not open her jaw enough to eat, could not hear and seemed to have issues with vision. If she had still been living we would have taken the van, taken her with us. She was welcome with my daughter and we would have stayed pet friendly in Michigan.
