Changed routine of sleeping and waking up

Am I getting old? I mean, I have noticed that I get too sleepy very early in the evening and get very early in the morning. LOL. I guess this is what they call adulting. Getting old and the bodies wont deny us, even if we think we are young but then again, our bodies wont lie. It will reveal itself, we will just have to accept it with open arms and enjoy. It is what it is.

I also changed the time on what time should I sleep because I want to wake up early because I'll do some workouts and jog and I really want to watch the sunrise Waking up early has more benefits than waking up late in the morning,.

@Zelmarq Yes and I agree with that! and it's really relaxing to wake up early especially when you can smell the fresh air ..

Same here, I am already sleepy by 9 p.m. and wakes up at 4 or 5 a.m. I accept am already old, but trying to be healthy as much as possible.
