Yesterday's totals are low. I only had one meal and a snack I will NEVER make again. I got it off a website. No sugar, gluten-free cookies. It didn't live up to expectations.
Anyway, a meal and a snack plus 4 bottles of water is what I had.
Calories: 678
Sugar: 43.19
Carbs: 124.23
Protein: 23.7
Sodium: 140
Fat: 18.4
Total burned calories: 5
Total calories: 673
Let's just say, I wasn't hungry yesterday, but I was thirsty. So, my water consumption was good yesterday and might be the reason I wasn't hungry, along with that horrible snack cookie. It was filling, even if it wasn't that great.

I'm always drinking water, or I thought I was. I know I drank most of a bottle with that horrid dessert that turned out drier than expected.
I'm making up for what I didn't eat yesterday. I have a pot roast in the crockpot and had a good breakfast.
Thank you. I am hoping yesterday's total is helping me get those unwanted pounds off.

Those "healthy" cookies are never very good. Best just to treat yourself to a good one on occasion.

Yes, no reason to force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry...you have to eat a little though so you don't get faint.
