Having a Peaceful Morning

Good morning (or what is left of it). I'm running late this morning and we are chalking that up to it being Monday. LOL. I've been up since 5 am this morning and have managed to get a few things done. I have two loads of laundry going, one in the dryer and one in the washer. The dishwasher has been unloaded. The pots that I hand washed last night have been put away so the kitchen is almost presentable. I made hubby two breakfast sandwiches on English muffins this morning for breakfast and had one myself. When my mom woke up later she opted for the same breakfast. I added a fried egg (center cooked), a slice of cheese and two thin slices of ham to each one. They were good. All the critters (dogs and chickens) are fed and I have picked up the morning eggs. We had seven this morning with is about average for the morning. We are now watching The Price Is Right. Mom loves this show and I like to too. What was your morning like? Photo: Pixaby

About the same as usual here. Picked things up around the house, took a nap and myLotting.

been cleanin' house here. the norm fer mondays 'fter the hubs's been home all weekend. e'en shampooed the carpets. with this heat'n the mornin' "breeze" (aka: 25mph) 'n open windows, such 'twas all dry'n less'n 30 minutes, lol.

You had a good morning. I woke later than usual at 3:13 according to the bedside clock radio. I didn't know if I would go swimming, but I did and I'm glad I did. I had a great workout in the pool and the fitness center. I came home to eat and settle in on myLot, but that got side walled by my friend. So, it was delayed for about three hours, but all good.

That sounds like a good plan. We did take a little trek this afternoon. I needed pellets so we stopped at the thrift store right around the corner. I picked up a few things that I will take to the flea market.
