Young Tennis Player Beats Venus Williams

Am so amazed to read the news about a 15-year-old tennis newbie qualifier who beat Venus Williams at the Wimbledon.
It's so nice to hear of such news, a very great accomplishment for the young Cori Gauff to beat Venus Williams, who she admires, in the one of the most prestigious tennis matches, the Wimbledon.
Am glad to read about it too, now I know I can watch the games again, on TV.
I became hooked to lawn tennis when my son was a varsity player for their school. We even accompanied him whenever he has games in far places from home.
Do you also love to watch or play lawn tennis?

I just heard this this morning. Serena had already won Wimbledon twice before this young girl was born! I'm hoping the Australian, Ash Barty, does well and I'm also hoping Nick Kyrios gets soundly beaten but I don't suppose that will happen.

No I never watch but I do remember reading about this. I do not like Venus she is very pompous so I am glad this young player beat her
