Tonight was one of those nights where we just did Mac and Cheese for dinner for my kids. We where over at my parents house my mom wasn’t coming home to late and dinner was left over none of witch any of my three kids would be interested. But beggars can’t be choices as I tell my kids. There was lots of boxes of Mac and Cheese which is what I offered my older two. My youngest wanted oatmeal which is okay for him since he can’t have the Mac and cheese. So some times a mom just has to do what she has to do it might not be the best meal but food is food. They were feed and happy.

There are times when I just make mac and cheese for the kids. Sometimes I just need to make something quick, and sometimes that's just the best option. They tend not to complain to much. At the end of the day, it's a meal for them to eat.

Yes! Some times I just need to get them feed for the night. If I was home I would she offered some fruit but they had some before dinner of Mac and cheese while waiting.

Some times that better then an expensive meal. We do that here some times my kids just want cereal for dinner and I’m like whatever it’s better then grease pizza.

Don't say the beggar word too often; they'll be demoralized. Just say this is good food that the homeless and destitute will love to have, but can't because they cannot afford it.

iI didn’t say it to them last night. Your not their mom so what words I choice to say and when is my choice and nobody else. Also the phrase as nothing to do with someone living o the streets those that are homeless are more respectful and greatfuk what is given. The beggars party has to do which those that choice to take advantage of others and complain about what is offered to them instead of being greatful. You must know what the meanings of the phrase means like ever cloud has a silver lining.

Kids have different tastes just the adult. But kids usually are picky and choosy.

When my girls were growing up there were times when they had just mac n' cheese for dinner. I also would give them a bowl of dried beans like pinto, navy or baby lima's. Some times you just need to get food in them.

Veggies were not an option last night I gave them. They want junk food so I told them no.
