Shops that do not deliver paid goods / myLot

Last week I bought two doors and paid. The delivery of the goods comes in 3 weeks, but I can always come by the door earlier if I have my own transport. Today I went by the door and what did I got? There are only one piece in the warehouse. The second, paid door is not in the warehouse. So now almost all the works are standing until the other door arrives. When I have a large purchase I usually go to the store and have not had this problem.

We were in store personally, but in that time we didn't have transport options.

@CarolDM We went personally so we can see doors in live and check measurments. Everything was fine but doors seems gone in meantime.

@mrki444 Most of our purchases are online lately. But sometimes going to the store is necessary.

Sometimes this happens and its quite annoying. That is the reason they state delivery to be weeks to come. I hear some manufacture on orders.

@mrki444 Because I seldom order online. Most of the time the boyfriend was the one who likes to order online.

@porwest It is not problem delivery. We have our transport. Problem is they sell product which didn't even have on warehouse.

Not exactly. I once bought something online and made me wait for a few days for the delivery but then I received an email stating that they ran out of stocks so they had to make me wait some more days for the refund.
