I am a mosquito magnet

Every year is the same thing, but this year this seems to be worst, mosquitos like my blood a lot and every single day since some weeks ago I am bitten I know they like people with blood type O (which is mine) but it seems to me that I am like a magnet of mosquitos. I Think I will buy four of those bracelets that kids use as a repellent to mosquitos and I will put one in each wrist and ankle in a hope that this work. Do you also suffer with mosquitos? Picture of the bracelets

You too? If there is a mosquito in the area it will come to bite me and I know why I am blood type 0 minus, I attract them. Did you already try the bracelets, do they work? I want 7 one for every day of the week.

bless yer heart! 't least we've the same blood type ('s many others here 't seems), so if'n we e'er need a transfusion, we're covered, lol. yup, skeeters love me, 'lways 've. i can't partake'n chemicals to deter 'em. i've 3 large pots 'f lemongrass 'n other herbs that're 'pposed to keep 'em 't bay. i put a few drops 'f vanilla extract (i know, sounds weird) 'nto some coconut oil'n put such'n. no skeeter bites. works'n the horses 'n pups, too. we all smell 'f freshly baked cookies, lol. lemme know how those bracelets work. i tried somethin' similar fer the horses 'n fear fer the cost versus the time such 'twas good fer 'twas not practical.

@nela13 that's what i'd feared, hon. the ones fer the horses 'twas $17.00 each 'n whilst effective 't keepin' skeeters'n bitin' flies off 'em, jest way too spendy. i can buy a bottle 'f spray that does such'n 'nly needs applied once e'ery 14 days fer that 'mount 'n such lasts me nearly 2 months fer all 4 horses.

I have type O blood too! No wonder I get bitten by so many mosquitoes! You have to tell me if those bracelets work. I've seen them in stores, but I've never purchased one because I don't now if they are any good or not.

@nela13 I read in the news recently that there are apps for your smartphone that supposedly repel mosquitoes. When you turn the app on, they claim it emits an ultra high frequency that mosquitoes hate. I'm not sure how true that is or not. I'm sure if it worked as well as they say it should, every one of us Floridians would have a mosquito app on our phones!

I usually treat my yard (I'm a former pest control guy) and so at least at home they don't bother me much. But when I AM in a place where they are ubiquitous they are horrible little creatures. I hate them. When we used to go to a family cabin in Dellwood, Wisconsin, I swear the damn things would carry you away to some hidden, bloodsucking lair to drain you.
