I went for my first little walk with Leticia today. The dietician said that I did not have to start doing long walks, but that I would have to walk a bit more every day.
I sed my watch to see how many minutes would it take us to walk one block and back. They are long country blocks so that it took us 10 minutes.
I have to walk a little more each day until I walk at least 20 minutes every day.
Do you go for walks? How long do you walk?

Yes I do, I do fast walks, sometimes jogging a little, I will do 10 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on time and energy.

Start slow and build up your energy. I walk up to an hour every day. Today was close to two hours.

My mom and I were taking walks but then I had a foot injury and now it is too hot to walk. I just do daily dance or walking around in my room and that is normally like 2-3 hours a day before I go to bed and it is so nice.

I don't walk as much as I should. Usually when I take the dogs out it's only for a short little walk. My knees don't cooperate for me to walk for very long.
