It's been a good day after the holiday, day. I had a great workout in the pool and fitness center this morning. Got a nap in because I went to bed after 10 and was up shortly after 3. I told myself last night if I was up on time, I would go to the pool. I was and I did. I'm glad I did. It wasn't crowded this morning as it has been on other Fridays.
I had a nice relaxing time in the park after my nap, as seen in my last post, and I've now finished the notifications and visited your profiles. It's good those of you in the US had a wonderful Fourth of July, even if you didn't go anywhere.
Now, it's time for me to work on a book. I haven't done much of that this week, so I really need to get work done there too.

@cacay1 the previous graduates, i doubt if they make it a hundred percent. it is because sadly, there are just a handful of them who work hard. the others are just dilly-dallying, relaxed, and complacent

@cacay1 a former student of mine, a happy-go-lucky female nursing student, is having a remedial class under my son. my son always complains she is absent. he already reported the matter to our dean of the college of nursing.
this student has many debts to her classmates, and yet, she lives in luxury.

You are an industrious person .Sounds like you only sleep four hours a night,maybe taking a nap can catch up on some sleep.
