A mother should be a mother no matter what.

Is it right to leave your baby to work abroad? And your job there is to take care of others child. I find it very hard to understand. You leave your own kid in exachange of taking care for others kid sounds bad for me. I mean, why not take care of your baby first until he/she reaches 1 or 2. That age they need most of the time their Mother. Infant days should be taking cared of by a Mother. I know I have my own perception about this and I don’t have my own. But for me, having no child of my own, getting rid of responsibilities is a no no, at least give more time for the baby to grow in your hands. I feel sad for babies whos mommies are not there during their growing days. Though I know this is for their own good but being a Mother should always be a full pledge. What say you?

For me, it is possible that the mother needs to sacrifice. I don't know what's the reason. I am pretty sure that she needs money to provide something for the family.

@JustBhem I am not sure the real story. She must have the reasons why it needs to be done.

Sacrifice? Yes, only if she is a single mome but she is not. Her babu has a Father and who has a good work and have a pretty compensation, it’s not even an excuse though.

I would say stay with your child if it is at all possible. I worked but it was eight hours and I was home with the kids the rest of the time. I would never have gone abroad unless It was the only way my children could survive.

You have a good point which is it should be like that. But the thing is, she is only making excuses not to take of her own kid.

I feel kids should be with their parents at least till 18 years of age. May be some mothers have to leave their kids as they are short of money. But doing so otherwise is not good.

But money is not a problem with het, the Father of the baby has a good job and have a good compensation too enough for them, her main reason is to avoid responsibility being a Mother.

I know that in other countries, like your own, that leaving a child at a young age is something that's done regularly. I've watched videos about how some people in poorer parts of China will leave their children with the parents and will go to the cities for work, only coming home on Holidays. I think in the situation you are referring to, that the mother should have asked if she could bring her own child along with her. However, maybe she had asked her employer and they said no because she needed to have all her time with their children. I bet the mother will regret leaving to take care of these other kids, she will begin to miss her own.

But the thing is, the baby has a Father, the Father has a good work and pretty compensation package. Why she need to go abroad and instead take care of others kid other then her own? The Father was the one who take care of the baby when not at work. She’s just making excuses because she doesn’t like to take care of an infant.

@JustBhem Oh I see, well then that is very sad. It's her child, she should be taking care of it no matter. It won't be an infant for long.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes, the Parents of the Father of the baby thought about it that the Mother is just making excuses not to take care of her own.

@JustBhem it is a selfish, self centered person, not a trait of a good and loving mother.

@JustBhem she's not a mother if that is the case. No matter what color or what does it look like if it is your baby it comes out in your body, you would give your life for their well-being.

I have known mothers who could not "afford" to stay home and take care of their babies. When you have no money, how do you feed yourself and take care of the baby if you do not work?

Take care of your child first since the infant need the love of their mom. I agree with you all the way.
