We are all trying to figure out why a c-section was t done before this Amber has Dejorn Syndrome and the baby has some issues they say, so instead of a c-section they decided to go the route of medicating her, injections and about a dozen other things! I understand wanting to go natural but exactly what we feared is happening! If they do, do a CSection we will likely have to leave because we have to get back home, and we couldn’t be with her anyway! For now we are just in a holding pattern! And Poor Amber is Miserable!

C-section as good as they are come with big risk more risk then natural birth. It can be frustrating but if a doctor is advising not to right now that means the risks are not high enough meaning both mom and baby are at a safe level even with complications.

@Michellekidwell that’s long but that is also okay. Some women go days at long. As long as her water hasn’t broken and he ain’t far enough to do so. If she is allowed to walked around it can help the baby drop more and added pressure. With one of my kids I want allowed to get up unless it was to use the bathroom. It was 20 hours before I went form 2-4cm and was able to when the doctor break my water once that happens labor moved fast. Another 2 hours and baby big was here. For that me I was advise a c section but told the doctor know so I was closely monitored to make sure mine and my girls BP didn’t drop low which it did

Yes I’m aware but she’s been at two centimeters for over 30 hours!
