I'm starting to see good things happening in this push to lose weight by my birthday. I'm also happy that yesterday's numbers were better than the day before.
I just might get into that new suit by next Friday. It would sure be nice if it happens. My exercise yesterday included some walking and stair climbing.
Now for the numbers.
Calories: 1111.7
Sugar: 28.12
Carbs: 124.22
Protein: 93.6
Sodium: 581.2
Fat: 39.9
Calories burned: 101
Total Calories: 1010.7
Definitely better on the sodium and it was noticeable. The creamy cucumber salad accounts for the extra carbs and sodium with the mayo. Otherwise, it would be less, but since everything is an estimate with scratch cooking, I still think those numbers are good. Especially the calories.

11 pounds by the 19th, this is a very realistic goal that you can reach:) The new bathing suit will be a good incentive, another goal to reach:)

Setting goals is a good way to tackle weight loss. Record keeping helps you to stay on track and having a new suit as a motivator makes it all worthwhile.
