Though black tea without sugar is always been my favourite, now, at this time i am missing Bombay cutting Chai. Bombay cutting chai is one of special tea that is very popular in Mumbai. It is nothing but flavor of the tea that made to be so strong and is served only in half-glass instead of cup. It is another version of tea, let me say, modified version with masala (one particular type of spice) in tea. In India, our TEA are made with sugar, tea leaves, and milk, 1/ 2 spices (infusion of all), boiled and simmer for few minutes then serve. Because of habituating with this kind of tea, when I start in-taking pure black tea (without sugar and milk), the taste was found unlike tea but something like medicine to me but now I am use to it. Cutting Chai are mostly available at the road side and it will be my favorite place to go and drink whenever I get chance to visit. Vada Pav (potato stuff in Bread) cutting Chai are always been my favorite and satisfy me. In India you can find more than 5 types of Chai (Tea) like 1. Masala Chai: cardamom, clove, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in Tea 2. Ginger Chai; Ginger in Tea 3. Cardamom Chai : Cardamon in Tea 4. Bombay Cutting Chai 5. Kashmiri Kahwa: traditional green tea prepared with exotic spices like 6. Tulsi Chai: Tulsi in tea You can also check for types of Indian tea from this link #https://tea101.teabox.com/chai/ (Link is burrowed. credited to owner )

I have not tried Mumbai cutting chai but have heard a lot about it. I will try it next time I visit Mumbai. For me ginger tea is a regular one without sugar. I add tulsi if I catch cold.
