I got to know about this yesterday through a discussion of a mylot member. I joined there, and started reacting. But still don't have good understanding about it. Can anyone explain that to me?

I am there too. On virily you have to keep posting, then reading the posts of those who become your followers and of course interacting on the comments. It takes quite a bit longer to build up the bank but it is also a lot of fun.
