An unexpected visitor

Before literally 30 minutes, Belgrade was hit by a great storm, the fall was strong rain, mixed with ice. Looking out the window, I noticed that something fell into my yard, I thought maybe some plastic bottle of neighbors above.
And then I saw that it was a bird
literally drowning in the water
He was thrown by the icy rain and a strong wind, otherwise a very young bird.
I ran out and took it!
Pigeon is alive and safe now!!!
I wrapped it in an old sweater because it was completely wet.
Meet Lucky, my unexpected guest
This made my day, guys I feel so happy!!!
A pigeon was taken to one pigeon farmer's house next to us, as soon as the storm is over. The man said he would dry his wings and let him fly
p.s Just to note that I kept my phone in my hands because I wanted to photograph the storm.

@LowRiderX I don't know much about birds either except that I love them. Glad the little pigeon will be fine. Our older son rescued a baby bird years ago and nursed it back to health. At the time he wanted to be a doctor. lol

@LadyDuck It's a very young pigeon. Probably without a lot of experience, and the wind was so strong, ice rain also fell.

@Juliaacv They probably took shelter in time, before the storm. This pigeon is young, probably without experience and the wind was so strong and the rain was falling heavily with ice. He could not fly, there was no chance because the weather was a disaster and he literally fell. Thank you Julia

@sophie09 No, unfortunately, I do not know anything about pigeons, about birds in general. We took a pigeon near to a neighbor who grows pigeons, a man examined the pigeon and found that he was not injured, he said he would dry his wings and let him fly

how fortunate that'cha saw this lovely bird 'n provided 't shelter'n warmth. winds'n heavy rains're bad 'nough, add those hailstones'n many birds 're 'njured by such.
