I forgot to reduce the volume of my alarm.

Today, I was woken up by a very loud alarm on my phone. I always reduce the volume so that it doesn't disturb my niece when I wake up. I forgot to reduce the volume yesterday and it was so loud this morning. I am glad it never woke my niece, she had such a deep sleep after the so much fun we had yesterday. I know people who don't need an alarm to wake in the morning. My mum is like that, it is like she has an inner clock. She wakes up at 5:30 am each day without the need of an alarm to wake her up. I tried this once and I woke up so late. Do you set an alarm to wake you up in the morning?

@a_jerobon Than she is very Young. iF She is 10-12 years old you can start prepare here for life when she grow up and alarm wake her for job.

Funny because i don't need one either. I use one for when i need to be reminded of something like take the meat out of the freezer lol. I always choose a song that i like for my alarm
