Health Report - Day 19

Well into the third week of this fitness/nutrition push to a slimmer body. This morning I had my usual conversation with myself about going/not going to the pool. I gave myself a vigorous workout on Friday and my knees were still sore from the fitness center. However, usual as it might be, I went as usual with a new plan in mind. 50-70-50. A fifteen-minute workout in the fitness center. Fifty leg curls, 70 leg press - up from 60 from last week, and 50 leg curls. I didn't know if I could do it but breaking up the leg curls as I did, I managed 100 leg curls this morning. Those burned calories will be part of today's numbers.
So, onto yesterday's numbers which don't have any burned calories on it. I'm sure there might be a few, but I didn't count the time I was walking around church hugging everyone.
My numbers for Day 19.
Calories: 1381.84
Sugar: 25.94
Carbs: 153.58
Protein: 65.4
Sodium: 642
Fat: 50
There you have it. Nothing burned so those are the numbers from three breakfast meals - eggs and potatoes yesterday with a triple berry blend for a snack.

i'd actual plans today, the heat jest aint kind 'nough fer me to tend 'em. i long fer the days when such'd not bother me.

I should be in shorts. It's hot as Hades outside but cold as the middle of winter inside. I had the A/C on this morning. I normally don't run it, but computers like the cold and my printer decided it was going to give me trouble yesterday. Due to the cold A/C, my printer is now working as it should and I'm sitting in a long-sleeved sweater and sweat pants. I need to go outside to warm-up.
Thank you. I'm looking forward to the scale on Friday.

@just4him oh dear, that printer sounds most finicky fer certain! i've 'n shorts'n a tank, a/c runnin' 'n still hot if'n i get 'p 'n start movin' 'round. then 'gain, such's set'n 80...

@DocAndersen Yes, it is. Thank you. I am motivated on several levels, not only the knee replacement, but I don't want to hear my kids tell me I need to lose weight any longer.
