The same as I had yesterday actually.
So, my wife is out of town on her annual gambling trip with her cousin. They went to Oklahoma this year. So, last night I went out and got some Lee's Famous Recipe fried chicken...a 10 piece with some potato salad and cole slow on the side...
And tonight I will have some of that for dinner.
Tomorrow it is out and about again. I have to travel on business again. Fast food here I come, salt and all. Ugh.
It is what it is.

I just love fried chicken. It's also one of the few dishes I ever make from scratch. There are just too many good choices out there, it is still "fairly" economical, and every time I cook fried chicken at home its just a mess I would rather not deal with.

Fast food. An owner of Mcdonald's in my country is a friend of a friend and he actually warned me never to eat in McDonald's as it's the only fast food in this country that all the food served has tons of unhealthy chemicals in it. So even though it's my son's favorite we are staying away from it as much as we can. Kenny Roger's on the other hand is one that serves good food, he said. A study was conducted here where a man ate at Kenny Roger's for a year and was tested. HIs health was really good.

Food in general has tons of chemicals in it. It's not just fast food. Unless you are always cooking from scratch, you will get tons of chemicals. And even then, you will probably get tons of chemicals. The ONLY way you avoid this is to raise and grow your own food. Otherwise you are stuck with what is available to buy, and all of that is going to be filled with chemicals and other processing.
