@TheHorse Thanks for sharing that with us. Sometimes it seems forever to get into here or for the circle in response to finish and be ok. Sometimes I have to go back into the post to see that I responded or have to do it again. By the way the baby was perfect for this post.

I've gotten a lot of mileage out of that (and my other) crying baby photo. I took it at my old place of work. I forget how old the baby was, but it was only a few months. He wasn't happy about getting his diaper changed.

I am still getting them every time I come here throughout the day - but only with the first post I get to at that session. And that's any post - whether from notifications or Most Recent Discussions. Then I'm good - that is, until I go away again and come back - same thing happens.

@TheHorse Maybe I'm just lucky that when I'm here it doesn't happen. I was here Saturday for a few minutes Philippine time and I was here Monday morning which would be Sunday evening on your side, and now it's Tuesday morning here. But no I didn't encounter such.

It is the usual error and it is more than evident that the server of myLot is SLOW, the timed out period elapses before you get the reply from the server. GoDaddy is not famous to be a fast reliable hosting site and myLot is hosted there.

Yeah, it makes everything we do take more time. MyLot is losing revenues, and so are we. I really don't want MyLot to "go away." I'd miss it!

Knock on wood, but I haven't had any trouble with myLot specifically. It may just be my imagination, but it does seem like the heat slows down the internet in general.

Sometimes, MyLot works horribly for me but all the other sites, such as YouTube, usually don't work well at the same time so I'm never sure if it's MyLot or my lousy Internet. Or both.

@TheHorse I know that the MyLot time stamps are off. Comments that have just been made are labeled as an hour or more old. So they still have some improvements to make.

Sometimes I wonder the same thing. AOL can be slow. Facebook (which I rarely visit) is somewhat better. And so on. But I think it's safe to say there's a difficult glitch at MyLot.

I have been clear of that error for the past several days. I just noticed the slowing down of loading the page at times but there is no error messages like that for the past couple of days. I remember encountering such last Saturday and so far clean this past few days.
