No work on a work day.....

So when I went to work, I found that the children were busy with some classroom practice for Independence Day. They could not come to me.
So I had nothing to do there. The principal was sorry that she could not inform me in time. So we thought to have a meeting that we could not have since I started working with them 2 weeks back. I was done with my assessment report for the boys and we discussed it.
It seems the practice will go everyday till Independence Day. But from tomorrow onwards they will rehearse in the last period and these boys will be there to work with me.
So I am back home a little early. Tomorrow is Wednesday and it's off day for me. I have a little more than one hour to go and pick up my daughter. I have put an alarm to remind me of that. I will try to mylot till then. Sometimes I fall asleep while mylotting on my phone lying in couch. That's what I am doing now. Feeling lazy to switch on my laptop.
I have to finish few work tomorrow as it is an off day. I will just make a list of them in afternoon.

That is the fun part of working outside home and having interaction with colleagues. I miss it at times. Hopefully I should be back to my regular job in a year or two.

@Starkinds Actually I have taken a break from last year from my full time job. It required travel and the traffic was taking a toll on it. I got some hormonal issues related to gyaenec issues and was feeling low in energy. Needed to take care of my health. So I took a break or rather switched to a part time and different role. Now I have recovered a lot and hope to be back in a year or two. Will have to wait and see few of my medical reports in coming one year to make a decision.

Good that I went there and could finish this important meeting with the principal. Somehow it could not happen as both of us were not free at the same time. Glad I could finish it within my work time and need not stay longer to do so.

Yes I felt good and I could finish this meeting in my work time. I need not stay longer for it after my classes. Today I am off and so planning to mylot a little longer. I have been very slow this month.

I would not call it a waste of time. I could finish the meeting with the school principal that was due for quite some time.

Today I feel better. Yesterday I was feeling sick. I hope I don't have to break up another cat fight. My cat and a grey cat was fighting on Saturday. I hope to read some more of my book.

Yes it was good in a way. I could at least get to finish that important meeting with principal that was due for quite few days. My assessment report was ready but we could find a convenient time for both of us to discuss.
