Which Part of Chicken and Why?

It’s been a stressful day for me but food is here to give me comfort. I am having chicken from, Jollibee, an all time favourite Filipino fast-food chain.
Now because of my haggard day, I didn’t specify which part of the chicken I wanted and got legs. I usually order breast part because it has the most meat but for now this will do.
This has got me thinking though. Some people specifically like the leg part because it’s easy to hold. Some people like the wing part, I wonder why? It seems like the skinniest part.
What about you guys? Which chicken part do you prefer?

I like the leg part because the texture of the meat in the legs are slightly different from the other parts. They have this soft part and the taste is a bit different from other parts. I do not know if you observe it. Some like wings like my wife does. I do not know what particular texture or taste she likes from the wing part but she love to much on it.

I didn’t know you can eat chicken heart. In the Philippines we do eat the feet and the intestines. Well I don’t but a lot of people do.

I ate the leg part at Payag Restaurant today. It sure is tasty but I really find it hard to eat.

Well if it’s a fat chicken, the thigh part would be good too.
