A Good Nights Sleep Does Wonders

Happy Wednesday Everyone! it's going to be a hot one today. The sun is shining and the temperatures are going to soar. Hope that it doesn't cause any power outages and I can just stay in the a/c.
I had a good nights sleep last night and feel refreshed this morning. Ahhh it's such a good feeling when you wake up after having a good amount of sleep.
No specific plans for today.
Waiting for my daughters new bed to arrive and they gave us a delivery window of between 10:15 am and 1:15 pm. Since we're not going anywhere the delivery time doesn't really matter. She's happy that she's getting a new bed to finish off her room.
Maybe we can find a good movie to watch this afternoon.
Whatever the day brings is fine.
Are you dealing with this ungodly heat too? or for those who are in opposite seasons are you dealing with ungodly cold?

Just turn on the AC and close the shades to create a cool atmosphere.

@Marilynda1225 Thanks. The Friday was very gusty and wet but most of Saturday was nice and sunny.

I got two power naps between 1pm yesterday and 7:30am this morning, each lasted abut 4 hours and I feel pretty good.
It's only 89f right now, 12am, but it will get up to about 100f by about 4pm. I'm used to it given this is a desert and that would be normal temps for this region.

Power naps are blood for recharging your battery. I don't think I'd be able to adjust to your normally hot weather

@Marilynda1225 July is the hotter month also here. They announced three hot days during the next week. Three days is not a big problem.

It will be hotter than normal here too although I'm comfortable when without air. Now on Friday that may not be the case since that will be the hottest day here. But I've decided it won't be a good day to work and if it gets too hot here we can go someplace where there's air.

@Marilynda1225 I get there months off from work. That means it's go just after leaving day unless I opt to work that for the extra pay.
I'm doing fairly well. Lots better than with the first knee which is good and bad. Bad because I want full use now.

Good morning. 
It is very hot here today also, but we will and are having rain, this will be our day, on and off again.
I have to work for the next 3 days, so today I will go out and get our groceries.
I don't like getting them in the middle of the week when I usually get them on Fridays, but if I don't go today I don't have another day off again until Sunday, and we have plans for that day.

Currently it's not real hot temperature-wise here in Maine, United States. But it's muggy and sticky right now.
On Saturday it's supposed to get into the upper 90's F here. That's super-hot for us!

Same here it's so hot day and night and humid too this adds to the misery when summer comes to Oahu. Got my electric fans on day and night. During the day if I'm home I open my glass patio door and if there is a stiff breeze it's bearable...if not...when I'm just sitting I perspire.

Yesterday was too hot. We turned the AC on during night time. Want more rain to cool the temperature.
