Ever since I am back from my trip, I am feeling weak and exhausted. I know this is natural, also the change in climate would effect me.
But today I am feeling feverish
Since, I was on leave for 10 days, I am also overloaded with work...
Honestly speaking, when I see this I feel I shouldn't have gone...but deep down I know it's something that was my dream destination and much required vacation.....
Hoping my fellow myLotters are having good time....
Stay happy... Stay blessed

Trips are never easy to make so please don't regret and spoil the time and money which you have invested. This is called post vacation anxiety which will soon subside. Be thankful to God foe an opportunity and this will make you feel better.

Thanks. Just take care of yourself. Don't get sick. Take an ample rest to recover your strength.

It seems like you are going through what I go through when my husband and I go on a trip together. I always come home feeling blah too. It takes about a week until I feel good again. While I am feeling blah I try to eat more soups and healthy foods so that I get more good stuff in me and start feeling better faster. I also try to get more rest while I am recovering from the trip and I also sneak in a little more in the way of treats (like my favorite, ice cream). Then when I feel better I get back on my regular diet and get back to my regular sleep schedule and make sure that I sleep and take my vitamins like I'm supposed to. But I mark the calendar for my next vacation so that when it comes close for my next vacation I take more of my vitamins so that I am protected from any of the "blah" diseases that might be out there that might be catching.
Take care and get plenty of rest and try to eat the right foods and feel better soon. If you don't start feeling better in the next couple of days you might want to see the doctor and see if there is something he can do to help you feel better faster. In the mean time drink plenty of fruit juices and water and get plenty of rest. And let us know how you're doing!!!! Take care!!!! Tons of love and hugs...Toni
