It's a Quiet Day

On myLot. I've finished my notifications in record time, at least it feels like it with as many as I've had this week.
Yesterday, I said I would work on a book today and that's what I'm getting ready to do after I have lunch. Since I want to write instead of edit, I'll be working on the new book I just started or another one I need to write. Or maybe I'll work on both. We'll see.
How are you enjoying Wednesday? Is it hot where you are? We're getting into the high 80s again today and wouldn't be surprised to find it hitting 90.

I did a little writing today as well, I could do more but I would neglect Tony and I cant do that.

I have had a nice day. It is late now and I am going to bed soon. The weather was nice and we were able to sit outside. I got some books from the library, and I bought hay and other things for the pets.

@just4him Thank you. Yes, today was nice as well. Our summers are short, so I want to enjoy the time as much a possible. I also want to work on some of my short stories, I have some that I didn't finish yet.

95 here currently, 'pposed to be 102 tomorrow. yup, a lil toasty fer certain. i noticed when i got'n here that thingies seemed to be a tad slow. which'd be fine with me coz then i'll not spend so much time here, lol.

@snowy22315 We're having a heat advisory tomorrow. Our heat index is going up to 106. I don't remember the last time it was that hot. It figures. Mom always said I was born on the hottest day of the summer.

I'm sure you are grateful for the A/C. I was surprised this morning to find we only reached 83 yesterday. I'm sure the heat index put us over 90. Tomorrow we're in a heat advisory and supposed to hit 106 for the heat index and 94 regular. As much as I'm looking forward to tomorrow, knowing it's the hottest day of the summer and the temp is proving that, does not make me too happy. However, there's nothing I can do about the weather. So, I will rejoice and give praise for the day, because it is the day the Lord has made.

Did you get a chance to work on your book?
It is cold today and windy I love it, only thing that ruined my day , I woke up not feeling my best, but I think it passed now.

@just4him My days aren't usually as full as yours. So each afternoon I work on the notifications, until they're all done. If we go to the city, my notifications just build up.

I hope you can. It's about a couple whose parents arranged their marriage and as they start out on their honeymoon, they find themselves in another galaxy through a wormhole. It's book 3 in my New Horizon's series. I need to finish book 2 to get that one further along.
