Hello everyone, I hope you are doing good. I am here once again to share my food of the day/health post. Fasting sugar: 74 Meal 1: Keto Chow - Chocolate (Delicious!) Blood sugar after:102 Meal 2: Tuna with mayo, reduced sugar ketchup & a slice of cheese Blood sugar after: 97 Meal 3: Low Carb Ice Cream from Killer Creamery (Peanut Blubber flavor) Blood sugar after: 108 (although it feels like it is lower than that) Nutriton for the day: Calories: 1,321 Protein: 73 Fat: 104 Net Carbs: 12.5 (40 total) Sodium: 2195mg (yes, I know that may be high but is still under the 2300 we are not recommended to go over), Potassium: 2707mg (still not to the 3500mg but much better) Vitamin D: 172% Magnesium: 370mg (at least 310 is recommended) Just wanted to add a few more numbers to show how much nutrients I am getting with adding just one shake a day! Some of it came from my Zipfizz too...so I think doing the two of them should really help. Any other vitamins or minerals I should check the number on to make sure I am getting enough? Cronometer (what I am now using to track my food) lists pretty much every vitamin and mineral.

@MommyOfEli2013 I can't even imagine eating healthy right now, it's sad healthy food is more expensive then unhealthy food....

My sugars were a bit higher yesterday but still in a good range. Yes, I do know that you have to watch the sodium. I do have an issue with sodium ONLY when I eat high carb! But I am losing weight even with that amount of sodium.

@kobesbuddy Yes, that is true...they haven't been high at all since I gave up the carbs again :) I want to get my A1c under 6% is why I would want to keep them lower.

@RubyHawk Yes, that is very very true! And I love bread...but there are low carb breads out there that you can buy...or make.
