Using a Task List helps a lot in many spheres

While I have always been a believer in planning things and then executing, I seemed to have lost certain aspects of this practice over the years. Yet in recent times, I have started maintaining a Task List. First I did it at my workplace. Then, I am now into it for my Internet tasks. So my sample task list could be : 1)Discussion A on Site 1. 2)Respond to Discussion/Topic 3 on Site 2. 3)Write a new article on Site 3. 4)Share content B on Site 1 on Twitter. And so on. Once I complete one task, I mark it as done. This practice has helped me clear many things, and improve tracking of things as well. I think we should follow such practices to make our life more organized. Any views?

Good for you! I always make out task lists and enjoy checking them off as I go.

@DianneN but this weekend I would keep my task list shorter, else it puts more strain on our systems.

@Moon24 yes we can keep on cross-checking what we have executed vs what we have planned.

I have become a list maker by force. As I age, my memory is not what it was before. I now make lists before I go out, before I buy groceries and even before I hire someone to do some small jobs at home.

I make lists, mainly of things that I have to buy or tasks that I do not repeat every day.

I'm only on myLot so don't need a list for here. But I do make lists for lots of other things - shopping, things to do, etc.
