Finally replacing our balcony sliding door

We are supposed to get our balcony sliding door replaced next week. It's about time because the balcony door was installed in the 90s and was in need of being replaced a long time ago. It's interesting though how the installation costs about twice as much as the door... Originally, the forecast for Tuesday called for rain. Hopefully that will change. I don't know how they'd install a new door with the rain coming down. Hopefully, no insects will fly into the house while the installation takes place. Don't want anything in my house.

Well, forecast calls for rain tomorrow. I guess they install stuff in the rain too.

You're bound to get bugs. I hate that. Installation is always so high. It's ridiculous.

I don't want bees, flies or anything of the sort to fly into the house and remain in it. My parents paid around $1500 for the whole thing. It seems to me like that's a lot.

@lovebuglena That is a lot. I hate when mosquitoes get inside. Then they constantly land on you and whine in your ear. Yechh.

@LindaOHio And how about the annoying sound of the fly?

It is long overdue. And my mom finally decided to do it. But it's funny that it happened when I told her our balcony door lock doesn't work and that a raccoon got up onto our balcony recently.

I am hoping that will be the case. As for the balcony sliding door... it definitely won't be fancy. Just a standard one.
