A Six Year Old's Logic

I have always loved children! I enjoy the company of all ages of kids. Not only are they cute, but they say and do some very funny things! I have four granddaughters. The oldest is six. Saturday night she was telling me about swimming with her friends the day before. She said "When I got out of the pool, I got soooo cold! So I took a very hot shower! Do you wanna know how hot the water was?" Well, I wasn't going to say no. Hahaa. She said "It was as hot as, umm, as...well, you know the spit in your mouth? It was as hot as that!!" I have no idea where she came up with that comparison! She was being so dramatic and serious, I stifled my laughter. Then she added (with the same emphasis) "But the hot shower was soooo relaxing!" Oh yes, I can't wait for my next chat with her about daily life.
