It was a good weekend. / myLot

It's Monday and the weekend is over and it back to work time. It was a good weekend for me, stayed quite busy. I have a bunch of notifications to catch up one and I will get to them so for those that I have not replied, sorry I will get to them. Saturday my son and I went scuba diving at the local dive quarry and really enjoyed the day out. We did two dives with lunch in between them. The first dive we went down to the air plane which is about 45 ft deep and spent about 40 minutes under water and the second one we averaged about 25 ft deep while seeing some boats and spent about 55 minutes under water. It got pretty warm out in the afternoon. We went home and relaxed in the AC. Sunday, we went shopping, cleaned the house and then we headed to the forest preserve and took a nice walk till it got to hot out and then headed home. Both of us were pretty tired and worn out from the diving and then this long walk we took at the preserve. I ended up fall asleep for about an hour on the couch. Over all it was a nice weekend and really enjoyed it. I am still pretty tired even after the nap and nights sleep. Hope you all enjoyed the weekend too. Time to get to these notifications. I have never been diving, I can barely swim.

It would be great exercise and I would imagine that you slept like a log after spending so much time diving. I have to go back into work today too, after an enjoyable and relaxing week off. Sunday was a great day to catch up on my notifications here too, its almost the month-end, so the crunch is on for some who are trying their hardest to make cut-off.

Yea, I was very tired after diving, all that kicking your legs and all that breathing, really wears you out. Yep also trying to make the cut-off, just 11 cents to go so pretty sure I will make it.

So glad you had a nice albeit exhausting weekend with your son. Mine was enjoyable, too, especially my golf game. I actually hit the ball on my first try.
