Good thing alarm went off

Maybe I shouldn't have that midnight snack last night or I would not have that terrible nightmare.
There was some sort of plague in the office and somewhere we were on the run but it wasn't for much longer we all became infected.
It didn't look like we became zombies or anything but we were transforming into something. Then we sneak into one of the rooms went with a bunch of people.
Then I heard a huge "NO" turns out the alarm went off.
