Acting like CEO- evaluating people

Sometimes I do think I have to act like CEO of my life
I need to Evaluate, promote, demote and terminate few people from my life. Some of them really deserve to be appreciated while others are just not worthy enough to even stay in your life.
This analysis needs to be done every now and then to keep up good people who will help us to be better individuals....

I think we have to be responsible of everything even our actions and who we choose to be with.

That's an interesting way to look at it. I'm not very good at getting rid of people in my life but sometimes I do avoid those who make life difficult.

I think CEO is a bit understatement, let's make it, you are the writer of your own story, and yeah! you need to evaluate all the people who are coming to your life so that you would know if they are worthy of your attention and time, if you feel that someone is not worthy, its their fault not yours, so you need to be the CEO all the time
