Would you send a private message to someone asking why he/she doesn't reply to comments?

Someone asked me if I reply to comments on another site. He/she sent me a private message. I interact as much as I can here and I can't respond to comments on that site.
I have my own reasons. I am not obliged to comment or reply back. At least this is what I know about that site. I would never send a private message to anyone asking that question. I think it's a personal decision if we reply or not.
And that site isn't like mylot. We are not paid for interaction there. We are paid for views. If we use many sites we can't have time to reply to everyone. Maybe that person uses only one site. And he/she has time to interact. But I don't see the point.
Comments are not necessary on that site. Would you send a private message to someone asking why he/she doesn't reply to comments? And I am talking about mylot now.

I do as much as I can, but I don´t reply to every comment. I cannot, in fact. And I don´t have to explain anything to anyone. I´m sure that more people know that, in my case, I do what I can. It is not an obligation.

it would feel like they're soliciting comments and probably want you to comment on their posts, too.
the question is, what does the rules/the admin of that site say about such behavior?

@dya80dya if that user stopped reading your posts because you didn't reply to his/her pm, then it proves that's what he/she wants - to have a posting alliance with you.

its people personal choice to give respond or not. no one can tell us what we have to do as they can ask once and if we not interested then they can't force us for that thing. earning is a second thing but if we do not feel to do anything then its our choice to not do it and you did right as not using it as its your personal choice. i have faced many people but in another app where they tell me but i just ignore them but not replying.

I never send messages, i think it is not important who likes and comment. It is just extra money.

Thats seems a bit excessive to DM me about comments lol that person must really care for your opinion or comments lol

No, I would not ask someone why they do not respond to my posts. People either do or don't. They have their reasons. I respond to posts and the person does not necessarily respond to mine. I leave at that. I would rather someone respond to my post because they want to and be decent and not respond and be nasty.

I have not sent one so far and have not received it either. I will not appreciate it. I think it's a personal choice to comment or not. Here in mylot I can just ignore a user if I don't get response from him/her. Here it's a mutual thing that works.

Never I don't like this at all. It's our personal choice how could we force to someone that comment on our discussion.

I would never ask a person to do that but I have had someone message me on a different site and ask me to reply to the comments on my discussions here .. every single one of them! He had been through all my discussions from the beginning of time and made a pointless comment and then when I didn't reply he got annoyed and pm'd me on a different site telling me I should! I found out I wasn't the only one and he was eventually banned. I'm not sure if he is here again now.
