Teacher Workday 3 is History

History as in finished, done, over with. I put a few finishing touches on my room today. All should be ready for the Open House tomorrow. I don't decorate with all the fru-fru frills my female counterparts like to put up. My room looks like a guy teacher's room. Most of my day was spent working on my schedule and writing lesson plans for the first week of school next week. Because our electives - or as we call them, specials - are at different times each day and some or once a week, some twice, and one is 5 times a week, having a consistent order of subjects can be challenging. I think I achieved it, though. I do have the first 2 days of next week planned. I hope to get the rest done before Open House at 3pm. Open House will go from 3-6 pm. The photo is of my Start of School bulletin board this year. I went with a stars, planets, and comet theme in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing. I hope this Wednesday was good for all of you.
