"Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better." - Albert Einstein. I always love taking a nature walk when I am feeling stressed up or confused. I realise that I feel better afterwards and more direct in what I want. Nature helps us solve our problems in two ways; 1. It cools you down as you will love what you see. Nature is always so beautiful, especially if you are in a place full of flowers, birds and green plants. 2. It makes you see that things on earth are naturally as they are. This helps you look at your problems rationally. Most things that make us depressed are actually irrational but our emotions hinder us from seeing them rationally. Do you love going for nature walks?
