I met the cataract team today. Lucky me got a ride through my insurance and was picked up by taxi that I didn't have to pay for.
After all the tests and eye scans they had to do I met with my doctor, boy is he young, he just turned 30 in June.
Well, after blinding me with all them lights that he had me look into I was told I was a good candidate for Cataract surgery. That's the good news. The almost good news is that i am scheduled for surgery on September 4th.
Well, it could be worse, right?
In the photo is Sandi the brown pup and her mom Rebel. They loved to chase Frisbees.

Yes, the young doctor tole me I should expect my vision to become better than 20/40 in my left eye, the right one has always been legally blind.

Do you have one eye done at a time or both at the same time?
