National Kool-aid Day! / myLot

So National Kool-aid day all ways falls on the 2nd weekend of August. This year it’s August 9th. Kool-aid is a drink, you can also use it in other things like among play doh, or even dying hair. They had six original flavors: Cherry, grape, orange, lemon, root beer, and raspberry. What’s your favorite flavor? Mine is cherry!

I was never a fan of Kool-Aid. Too sugary for my taste buds. I did drink it on occasion, but it wasn't my favorite drink. I seem to recall drinking a lot of iced tea as a kid. And water out of the hose! lol

Haha, I was never a tea drinker. Kool-aid all the way grape Was my thing. I think my mom did less powered to water that helps with if being too sugar for people. I do that with the kids I’d they get any, add more water to it or put less powers in it.

@moffittjc I don’t know the Nehi brand but I know that Lemonade brand we have that in my house the kids have been drinking it for the last few weeks instead of juice. I normally get Capri suns for them.

@ShyBear88 I think the only sugary drink I can remember drinking when I was growing up was Nehi sodas. Oh, and my mom always mixed up some powdered Country Time Lemonade. You may not know the Nehi brand, it was a southern thing.
